Lance Martin is a Red Seal HVAC/R technician and Co-Director of Katabatic HVAC ltd. With a history of education in business and real estate management Lance has been serving the sea to sky in commercial and residential HVAC/R since 2016. Lance has a passion for problem solving and delivering high level products and services. When the work is done he spends his time biking, skiing/snowboarding and enjoying the sea to sky with his family and friends.

Starting his career at just 16 years old, Matt has built a wealth of expertise across a wide range of systems, offering reliable and efficient solutions for both residential and commercial projects. His comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration, electrical systems, and HVAC technologies makes him a versatile asset to any team.

Originally from a small town in New Zealand, Matt’s strong work ethic and commitment to quality have driven his success. Outside of work, he’s an avid enthusiast of outdoor activities, including biking, fishing, and recreational adventures. Whether he's tackling complex HVAC systems or enjoying time in nature, Matt always approaches his work with precision and dedication.
